They play the same role in the same comic universe, but they are not in any sort of fight in real life. That is what Kaley Cuoco assured to anyone who insists that she is feuding with fellow Harley Quinn actress Margot Robbie.

In her latest post on Instagram Story, Cuoco laughed off rumors that tried to create tension between her and Robbie. She shut down the speculations by sharing a screenshot of a tabloid report along with the caption "LOL."

In the Australian outlet Micky, it cited a Star report that alleged that the two actresses were trash-talking each other and can't work together for the DC Universe promotion for Comic-Con. The tabloid source claimed there was not only professional jealousy between the two, but more of they just don't like each other.

Cuoco and Robbie, however, aren't feuding at all. In fact, the Big Bang Theory actress paid tribute to her big screen counterpart on Instagram back in April. She shared a photo of her wearing a t-shirt that bears an image of the Bombshell actress as Harley Quinn from her Birds of Prey poster.

Kaley Cuoco voiced Harley Quinn in the TV animated series of the same name. The adult animated TV series premiered in November 2019 on DC Universe. It was a hit to viewers and critics praised the show for its animation, humor, and voice acting.

The Harley Quinn series concluded its second season last month. Fans are expecting that DC would announce its renewal for another season soon. Meanwhile, it is set to debut on HBO Max on August 1, 2020.

Robbie, on the other hand, was known for portraying the same character on the big screen. She was first introduced as the Clown Princess of Crime in the 2016 DC movie Suicide Squad.

The Wolf of Wall Street actress reprised the role in her stand-alone movie, Birds of Prey, earlier this year. Robbie is also expected to appear in the James Gunn's reboot, The Suicide Squad, which is slated to hit cinemas in August 2021.

It is worth noting that Cuoco and Robbie were not the only stars in the DC Universe that play the same character. It wasn't uncommon in the DC Universe.

For instance, Grant Gustin plays Barry Allen/Flash in The CW series, The Flash. Ezra Miller portrayed the same character in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice in 2016 and Justice League the following year.

Another character is Cyborg. It was played by Ray Fisher in Justice League while Jovian Wade portrayed the same character on Doom Patrol.
