Ellen DeGeneres is reportedly looking for an exit from The Ellen DeGeneres Show amid the controversies that have sprung up around her and the producers of the show. With allegations here and there, her alleged mean behavior has finally "caught up to her."

A source told Us Weekly that DeGeneres is mad that many people are now coming forward to share negative stories about her. The 62-year-old host allegedly feels betrayed, believing she is being targeted due to her success.

Portia de Rossi's spouse knows that she can be tough at times. But believing she is a hard worker and "extremely creative," the insider said it is a privilege to work with her and be around the comedian.

Daily Mail added that Ellen's former staff members claimed her alleged "power-hungry behavior" has now "caught up to her" after rumors about the show's so-called toxic work environment emerged. Dozens of former employees revealed that "racism, bullying, and sexual harassment" are happening behind the scenes.

Despite DeGeneres' public apology and denials, two ex-staffers told The Sun those apologies are "complete bull." The Finding Nemo star reportedly treats her staff "poorly" for over a decade.

It is said to be the total opposite of her persona the public sees when the camera is on. The former employees said she is like two different people.

Her other personality is described as "awful and power-hungry," and she is said to yell at everyone for anything that goes wrong with the production. The other half of her identity that people often see is the "hilarious, kind, and giving" person who is also an advocate for the LGBTQ community.

They continued that Ellen has a "high turnover of staff" due to the pressure that DeGeneres applies. However, the fear of her "power" prevented them from complaining and coming forward at an earlier date.

A source revealed DeGeneres couldn't continue telling a lie and treating people the way she does. Hence, the tipster believes her reputation and "disgusting behavior" has now "caught up with her."

Recently, Ellen's parent company, WarnerMedia, launched an internal investigation to look into the alleged toxic work environment the show has after one current and ten former employees revealed their horrible experiences. BuzzFeed broke the news about some of the show's staff members, who accused the chat show's three executive producers, Ed Glavin, Mary Connelly and Andy Lassner, of "bullying."

After the controversy emerged, the bosses issued a public statement, saying they were "truly heartbroken and sorry" to learn that even a single member of their production team had a negative experience. Despite the scandal, Lassner seemed to confirm that Ellen is not "going off the air."
