Stargirl episode 13 is coming next week on the DC Universe, with the title "Stars & S.T.R.I.P.E. Part Two." This will be the final episode of the season and it sees the ultimate showdown between the JSA and the ISA. It, also, looks like Courtney has to battle some of her fellow heroes.
Stargirl episode 13 picks up the events that happened in the previous episode, wherein Pat/STRIPE seemingly turning his back on the JSA and ready to attack Courtney. Brainwave has started his brainwashing scheme and successfully affected some of the heroes.
Barbara and Justin go into trance but the scheme affected Pat differently. Now, the ISA is planning to use him as a powerful fighter, making the situation even more complicated. When Courtney asked him what would be their next move, STRIPE attacked her.
It seems like Shining Knight has been impacted by Brainwave's scheme, as well. But, based on the preview photos, he looks fine and not doing anything to harm the JSA members. He is with Courtney and Yolanda and preparing for the ultimate battle.
The synopsis of Stargirl episode 13 also notes that the ISA is getting closer to accomplishing their mission, but Courtney and the team won't back down. The ultimate showdown continues, as the JSA heroes come face to face with Icicles and the villains of the ISA.
There's a concern to some of the characters as the battle could lead to major death before the season concludes. There could be a lot of twists and turns here, especially since the episode serves as the season finale. We could likely see the story moving in a different direction before it ends.
The episode could leave some sort of cliffhanger, leading to more stories in the future. The series hasn't been renewed for a second season at the moment, but producers are actively planning for it. If ever, we could get the renewal announcement within the coming weeks or months.
In the event the series is renewed for season 2, we won't possibly be seeing it back anytime soon. Most TV shows are facing uncertainties at the moment because of the current global health crisis, so cast and crew won't be able to start filming unless the situation gets a little bit better.
Stargirl episode 13 airs on Monday night, Aug. 10, on the CD Universe. The episode can be watched on The CW the following day, Tuesday, Aug. 11. For non-cable subscribers, the series can be streamed on The CW's official website and app, as well as DirecTV and Hulu + Live TV.
