Keisha has gone through a lot in most of The Chi season 3, and her pain and trauma will continue to play a huge part in her life as the story progresses. She's been kidnapped and tormented. So, everything won't be the same for her moving forward.
Even though Keisha was saved from her prison, finding a way to live her normal life won't be easy for her. For the remaining episodes of The Chi season 3, we could see the character dealing with the terrible things she's been through and fighting the demons inside her head.
In a recent interview with TVLine, Birgundi Baker discussed how this tragic incident impacts Keisha and the people around her. She said that her character is, now, different after everything being kidnapped and held for weeks in her own neighborhood.
Baker added that Keisha's world is different and her perspective of how her family feels about her is different, as well. She'll start to question all the people around her since she was just in their neighborhood but no one was able to find her.
Keisha didn't have a choice what happened to her and her body. So, the way she views herself also changes. Before the kidnapping, the character is free and takes ownership over all parts of her. However, she is broken now and living in a whole new different world.
This story will continue to become a huge part of The Chi season 3. For the people around Keisha, especially her family, they need to be patient and give her some space. And while they are thrilled to have her back, the must understand the pain and suffering she's been through. What happened to her caused a huge impact on her life and future.
The next episode of The Chi season 3 sees Keisha still trapped with her own personal nightmare. Her disappearance has been a major mystery this season, but the good thing is that Ronnie was able to locate her and help her escaped from her abductor, Omari.
In the promo, Keisha is struggling with her mental health. She wanted to live a normal life again. But, she cannot feel the support of her family and friends. Thing might be even harder for her as the man who abducted her keeps haunting her and appearing everything she closes her eyes.
