Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are no longer working royals. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex announced, back in January, that they will be stepping down from their senior royal roles to focus more on their family and charities.
Two months later, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, officially, withdrew from royal life. The couple is, now, living in Los Angeles with their son Archie where they are making a fresh start.
While Queen Elizabeth stated that she and the rest of the Royal Family members support Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s decision, the public was not as accepting. In fact, many felt that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex abandoned the U.K. amid the coronavirus pandemic. The couple seemed to have left during the time Britons needed them the most.
But, this wasn't a shock to Carole Malone as she already saw this coming. The English TV presenter, journalist, and broadcaster, previously, claimed that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were not all about saving the planet, but greed, deceit, and money.
“It's the greed and the deceit that make this all so low-rent and ugly. How can two people who've been given so much still be as selfish and disrespectful as Meghan and Harry? Because while this joke woke couple have tried to kid us they're all about charity and saving the planet, what they're actually about is money,” she wrote.
Carole Malone added that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were very selfish for pursuing their plan. She said that instead of focusing on Prince Philip’s health, Queen Elizabeth had to deal with the controversies surrounding the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s withdrawal.
She, then, pointed out that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle aiming to be “financially independent” is the “biggest joke of all.” Carole claimed that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are “liggers, freeloaders who want the best things in life but can only have them by taking favors from their super-rich cronies.” She, also, pointed out that Harry still receives handouts from Prince Charles.
Carole Malone, also, said that Prince Harry is no longer the man everyone loved. A previous report even noted that the Duke of Sussex lost his spark after tying the knot with Meghan Markle in 2018.
Many have noticed that Prince Harry is not as bright and bubbly as he was before. The public loved his silly antics in the past, but he seems to not be too keen to show some personality anymore.
