Meghan Markle and Princess Beatrice's relationship has never become a trendy topic for some royal fans. Despite this, though, recent reports said that they have something in common.

The Daily Express revealed that both of the British Royals have the same nutritionist, whom they likely "looked" on to before their wedding days. Aside from the Duchess of Sussex and the eldest York Princess, Princess Eugenie is, also, reportedly, friends with the same weight and health expert.

Earlier in July, Princess Beatrice wedded Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi on the grounds of Windsor. The wedding ceremony was secret, which explains why it surprised many people.

As for Meghan Markle's and Princess Eugenie's weddings, they both tied the knot with their now-husbands, Prince Harry and Jack Brooksbank, in 2018. Their nutritionist, who is, also, a "friend," Gabriela Peacock, reportedly, attended the royal events, except for the eldest York Princess' due to the social distancing guidelines. The publication, then, added that Peacock, currently, resides in France, with her husband and kids.

Speaking to People, the nutritionist said she does not believe in "fad diets." In her weight-loss rules, she, reportedly, encourages eating big breakfasts, "wholesome lunches," and light dinners, adding that one must consume fewer carbs at the end of the day.

She countered, though, that eating pasta or potatoes is not a problem. But, these meals are better if eaten at lunch.

As illustrated, eating carbs towards the end of the day places too much sugar in the bloodstream. When this happens, she said that it will need to store itself "somewhere," which, then, becomes stored fats. Therefore, dinner must, reportedly, be the "cleanest meal" of the day.

Alongside her main rules in losing weight, she noted that intermittent fasting is a "healthy weight loss method." She, later on, shared that she loves doing it.

Peacock continued, she said that this type of fasting reduces the cells' aging process. In the end, she pointed out that when one gives the body "a bit of break," it creates "resilience."

As for Kate Middleton, it remains unclear if she has her own nutritionist. But, the Duchess of Cambridge has always maintained her health and figure over the years.

Harper's Bazaar reported that, even after three pregnancies, she "rarely strays" from her clean diet. She, reportedly, follows the Dukan diet, which mainly focuses on raw produces, lean proteins, and healthy oils.

The future Queen Consort complements her diet with her "rigorous" fitness routines. Aside from her daily running and jogging, she, also, do lots of planking and yoga.
