Prince Charles is turning 72 in November. Months after battling the symptoms of COVID-19, the Prince of Wales has, now, seemingly recovered in full.

Reports said that his workout and fitness routines are likely the main reasons why he remains fit and healthy. Alongside his proper diet, it is not, reportedly, entirely shocking that he has beaten the deadly virus.

The royal-born Prince's wife, Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall, recently, revealed that her husband is the "fittest man" that she knows, according to The Telegraph. As reported, the Duchess even described him as a "mountain goat."

Apparently, Prince Charles, reportedly, loves to "walk and walk." He leaves everybody else "miles behind," Camilla, allegedly, added.

Prince William also, reportedly, shared the same thing before the public. As stated, he described his father as a "mad walker," as per Insider.

The Duke of Cambridge went on to share that the Prince of Wales "struggled" as he could not go on with his daily walk amid his recovery from the coronavirus. Nevertheless, reports of late said that he has seemingly since returned to his daily brisk walking routines.

While brisk walking, alone, is already a good exercise, the future King of the United Kingdom also does other exercises and workout routines. The same publications revealed that he also follows a strict set of routines every day apart from walking. As noted, he is a fan of the so-called 5BX, or the five basic exercises of the Royal Canadian Air Force.

Prince Charles, reportedly, does one set of the routine twice a day, 14 times a week. Reports, then, said that the 5BX is an 11-minute regimen with a total of five exercises, hence, the name.

The reports, also, pointed out that there are tons of versions of the exercise and all of which will vary depending on the age and fitness level. So, it remains unclear what specific types of workout routines that the Prince of Wales does every day. Nevertheless, this is what, reportedly, his daily fitness and workout routines look like.

Last year, Buckingham Palace released 70 facts about Prince Charles to mark his 70th birthday, according to a separate report from Insider. In the list, it, allegedly, reveals that the royal-born Prince always skips lunch.

Sources also continued to share that he only eats one cooked meal per day. He, reportedly enjoys, though, a boiled egg almost every morning. But, the egg should be cooked based on his "exact specifications."
