Adele has undergone some major transformations over the past few months. It looks like she has not only change physically, but also sees life differently now, and that is because of one particular book.

Adele shared her secret on how she stopped being "stressed and disheveled." She revealed the book that she turned to when things weren't quite working in her life. The "Hello" singer said she had a life-changing transformation because of Glennon Doyle's Untamed: Stop Pleasing To Start Living.

In her latest Instagram post, Adele gushed about the book and told her fans that if they are "ready," this is the book that they need to read. The 32-year-old singer encouraged her fans to live and practice the insights she learned from the book. She also told them to highlight important points in the book so that they could turn to them again and again.

Women's rights activist and author Glennon Doyle expressed her appreciation to Adele and called her "soul sister." Her new book is about women's empowerment. Aside from Adele, Untamed is also a must-read for actress Reese Witherspoon and Eat Pray Love author Elizabeth Gilbert.

Untamed: Stop Pleasing To Start Living was published on March 17, 2020. It is available on Amazon and Booktopia.

Meanwhile, instead of asking Adele about her new fav book, one of her 38.5 million followers on Instagram asked the singer when they could expect a follow-up to her 2015 album 25. The "Someone Like You" singer responded by saying she honestly doesn't have an idea when her next album will be released.

In June, another fan asked if her latest Instagram post was an album announcement. Adele replied and said it wasn't. She added that the COVID-19 pandemic is not over yet and she's still practicing social distancing. The "Rolling In The Deep" songstress also appealed to her fans to be patient and always wear a mask.

That same month, her manager, Jonathan Dickins, also confirmed that contrary to rumors, Adele's next album will not come out in September. He confirmed that they are working on it when the coronavirus hits and their work has been affected by the pandemic since.

A couple of weeks ago, many of Adele's fans expressed how they miss the singer on stage after she paid tribute to Beyonce when the "Single Ladies" singer released her visual album, Black Is King. The English singer posted a photo of her posing under a TV screen displaying a scene from the movie.

Adele also showed off her much slimmer body as she wore the same crescent moon top that Beyoncé used while singing "Already" in the film. The "Skyfall" singer previously stunned everyone when she showed off her much slimmer body on her 32nd birthday photo in May.
