Rumors have it Nicole Kidman has relocated to Australia and left the United States for good. As Keith Urban's wife is now in her native land, is there any truth about it?
New Idea claimed Kidman was making a "big Aussie move." Allegedly, the 53-year-old star left Tinseltown and returned to the Land Down Under with a "surprise move."
The Big Little Lies star was even, reportedly, seen saying goodbye to her husband in a Sydney airport as she officially went her way to Byron Bay. The dubious report continued that she was flying back and forth Sydney and Byron Bay to be with Urban and their kids, Faith and Sunday.
Gossip Cop debunked the claim, opposing the rumor that Kidman had left the U.S. for Australia. She was only in her home country to film the TV adaptation of Liane Moriarty's novel, Nine Perfect Strangers.
Hence, she will never permanently stay in Australia. She, also, visited her mom, Janelle Ann Kidman, who she did not see for the past eight months due to the COVID-19 pandemic, People noted.
Kidman shared two reunion photos on Instagram as she got reunited with her 80-year-old mother. Tom Cruise's former wife self-isolated with her family in Tennessee before moving to Australia to give her mom a sweet, tight embrace.
In the post, she captioned her photos by revealing it felt "so good to be able" to hug her mother after eight months. She went on to tell that she missed her 80th birthday because of the coronavirus.
But, what important for her was she was now on her "mumma's" side, expressing her love for her. When Kidman arrived in Australia, she, Urban, and their two daughters followed the mandatory two-week quarantine at their home in Australia's Southern Highlands.
Meanwhile, everything was set for the filming of Nine Perfect Strangers in Australia after Kidman shared a photo with the author, Moriarty. According to Metro News, the anticipation for the new Hulu series was high due to the actress' incredible performance on Big Little Lies, which was also based on Moriarty's novel.
In the snap, fans could see Kidman and Moriarty's socially-distanced meeting, exchanging an elbow bump. The show would feature an all-star cast with Melissa McCarthy and the Beauty and the Beast actor, Luke Evans.
The Will & Grace star, Bobby Cannavale, would also be a part of it. Kidman's Nine Perfect Strangers would feature people with something in common that would be brought all together at a wellness retreat.
