There's a professional singer in the royal family and she's set to release her first single. Lady Gabriella Windsor, also known as Ella Windsor, is launching two tracks from her digital album, which she wrote and recorded herself.

Ella's songs aren't for commercial release. In an exclusive interview with Hello, the singer said that it's to help raise awareness for Playing for Change Foundation. Queen Elizabeth's cousin shared that she has always been a music lover but she didn't dream of releasing a song she wrote and sung for the public.

Out of Blue and Bam Bam fall under the bossa nova genre, inspired by the hit song The Girl from Ipanema. A sample of Out of Blue is up on YouTube but listeners may buy the complete release on Spotify or iTunes to help raise funds for the foundation.

Ella shared that she performed Out of Blue during a wedding reception, which had Hollywood superstar Anne Hathaway and her husband Adam Shulman as guests. She said the experience was nerve-racking but still a lot of fun.

Playing For Change Foundation is a global organization that started in 2005 to help creatives connect with communities. The purpose of connecting is to usher positive change and also use music as a tool for education.

Ella is on the board of the foundation and works closely with music groups in Latin America. The 39-year-old royal also works as a freelance journalist.

Lady Gabriella is the daughter of Prince Michael of Kent and Baroness Marie Christine von Reibnitz. She is the 49th in line to the British throne and does not perform any royal duties.

Her father is the Queen's cousin on her father's side or through the Queen's Uncle George, King George VI's second youngest brother. Prince George died in 1942 and didn't witness his niece ascend to the throne. He also didn't experience raising Prince Michael because the baby was barely two months old when his father died. Occasionally, Prince Michael carries out duties on behalf of Queen Elizabeth but he is not a senior working royal.

Meanwhile, Ella married Thomas Henry Robin Kingston in May 2019. Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip were guests of honors. According to reports, her husband used to date Pippa Middleton but both attended Pippa's wedding in 2017.

Prince William and Kate Middleton, as well as Prince Harry, were also guests at Ella's wedding. Meghan Markle skipped the event because she just gave birth to Archie.
