RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook are seven of the most sought-after bachelors in the world right now. The BTS boys are successful with amazing personalities to match, so what’s not to like?

That said, the members’ dating lives are usually asked about during interviews. However, this topic is quite sensitive as RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook are not only protecting their personal lives but their careers as well.

Since international hosts have no idea that dating is a sensitive topic in the K-pop world, the BTS boys are often asked about it. And since RM is the official spokesperson of the group abroad, as he is the only one who can speak English fluently and comfortably, he gets the difficult task to dodge the questions.

RM had explained before that BTS’s schedule is insanely packed that they don't have time to date. But despite his smooth and acceptable explanation, the group is still asked about their dating life nonstop.

On May 22, 2019, RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook were guest stars in OnAir with Ryan Seacrest. It was one of their promotional stops in the U.S. to discuss their tour and music. But as expected, they were asked about their love lives once again.

This time, however, RM felt that he already used his usual line way too many times, so he decided to switch things up a bit. When Ryan Seacrest asked the dating question, the BTS leader paused then jokingly said, “the connection is not very good.”

Not wanting to steer away from the hot topic, Ryan Seacrest said that FaceTime is a great way to date long distance. But the host’s tactic didn’t work as RM cleverly said that the BTS members FaceTime each other.

It is worth noting that there is no solid proof that RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook are currently dating anyone. But before they reached the superstardom status, BTS lived normally like the rest of us. And just like any regular high school boys out there, RM also had a girlfriend.

“You had a girlfriend, right? Are you still dating?” one of the Problematic Men hosts asked in a previous interview. “No, not at the moment,” RM replied.

At first, RM confused the hosts with his genius-level explanation as to why his relationship with his ex-girlfriend didn’t work out. He then proceeded to share in-depth details about the breakup. Aside from never-ending arguments, the BTS star was not too happy that his ex-girlfriend had an “unacceptable” relationship with her male friends.
