Kingsley Coman got his football start with Paris Saint-German but he is not expecting to return to his boyhood club anytime soon. The Bayern Munich star could not picture himself on a PSG shirt and playing alongside Neymar so starring for the French side again is not part of his career plans.

Coman wrote history in the Champions League final match against PSG in August. The winger scored the goal that made the Bavarians the European champions, and he admitted that it was a bitter-sweet victory, earned over what the 24-year-old calls as his "favorite club" of all time.

But while the French giants still have a place in his heart, Coman said playing for the club again, where he honed his football skills as a youngster, seemed a remote possibility now. He explained that the position he plays is already held by a very able man in Neymar and that means he has no secure place on the PSG roster.

"It's complicated. If Neymar is on the left. No, it's almost impossible. Paris is not in my career plans," The Daily Mirror reported Coman as saying.

Still, the Champions League winner is not closing the doors on the possibility of making his way back to Parc des Princes, saying that it's a long for him in the game. Coman said he estimates another 10 years of high-level football for him and representing the Parisians in between could be part of the deal.

The Bayern's UCL hero said leaving his boyhood was the right thing to do though, pointing out that with the Munich club he tasted glory and honor. Bayern achieved the treble last season by winning the Bundesliga title, the German Cup, and capped the campaign by capturing the Champions League crown.

It was a circuitous road before Coman found his way to the Bavarians where he flourished as a player.

Goal said the winger learned the basics and techniques of the game at the PSG academy. Coman stayed until 2014 but had to leave when the Parisians did not offer an extension. The next home for him was Juventus where the player stayed for one season.

Bayern acquired Coman on a loan deal in 2015 and decided to make his stay permanent after two seasons, and what followed proved monumental for the Frenchman.

Bayern boss Hansi Flick tapped the winger to be part of his first squad in the UCL showdown against PSG. Flick had the notion that Coman will pour out his best against his former side and the player delivered by becoming instrumental in the Bavarians' Champions League title win No. 6.
