There's a lot of dangerous stuff coming in The 100 season 7 episode 13, based on the recently-released promo. In the clip, the Sanctum is seemingly the center of everything that's coming. We could see some of the characters coming together like never before.
They have been facing a lot of chaos already and the situation could get even more complicated because of the eclipse. The threat brought by the red sun toxic is enough to lead to total panic in this world. Also, this could set up more big stories until the series finale.
According to the synopsis of The 100 season 7 episode 13, the red sun has derailed Clarke's (Eliza Taylor) plan. This is something she can't easily deal with and might need the help of others. She needs to make sure her plans will not be ruined to plot for her future.
Also, next week's episode picks up the events that happened in episode 12. Clarke, Bellamy (Bob Morley), Raven (Lindsey Morgan), Gabriel (Chuku Modu), and Bill (John Pyper-Ferguson) all returned at the Sanctum. But, all of them were welcomed with bad news.
The Sanctum is, now, ruled by The Dark Commander. This is a shocking moment and would be further explored in the upcoming episode. The series could feature more person vs. person and man vs. nature battles this time around. Additionally, the threat of another apocalypse could be coming at some point.
There are only four episodes left before the series finale and the promo of next week's episode teased that each action has long-term effects on everything. We could see a lot of big stories, more challenges, as well as unexpected twists and turns.
In addition, it remains to be seen whether or not some of the loose ends from the beginning will be tied. The biggest concern here whether all of the characters will make it out alive until the end. But, based on recent events, some lives are in grave danger.
