Melania Trump has continued to attract the attention of many stylists and fashion experts. With her stunning fashion choices in her time as the First Lady of the United States, it is not surprising why many experts have seemingly followed her and her fashion pieces.

Earlier this week, she opted to wear a "classy" polka dot dress for an event inside the White House, according to the Daily Express. She hosted the event held in the East Room to mark the National Alcohol and Drug Addiction Recovery Month.

The First Lady also spoke before the attendees who are recovering from mental health issues and substance abuse. She emphasized in her speech about the "power of recovery tools" in the workplace, as well as the role of "personal connection" in sobriety.

The publication noted, though, that Melania Trump "recycled" her Gabriella Hearst dress that she wore in 2019. It has a "slim-fit" top, paired with a below-the-knee-length pencil skirt. Based on photos, she "buttoned" the silk shirt dress up to the collar and used a chunky navy belt to "show off" her slim waist.

Despite having access to designer clothes, the First Lady shared her "thrifty side" by using the dress again this year. This is, reportedly, a well-known trait of Kate Middleton, who has worn some of her fashion pieces a couple of times.

Aside from taking inspiration to the Duchess's thrifty side, the same report pointed out that the British Royal also wore a similar dress in the past. In of her royal engagements, she donned a "chic" navy polka dot dress from Alessandra Rich.

This is not the first time, though, that Melania Trump wore a similar dress that Kate Middleton donned in the past few years. Some stylists and fashion experts even ended up concluding that the First Lady has likely copied some of the British royals' styles.

Speaking to the same publication, stylist Melita Latham asserted that Melania Trump has seemingly "updated" her looks upon relocating inside the White House. She said that the First Lady used to favor "glamorous looks" and "revealing" pieces. These days, however, it has appeared that she has become "increasingly conservative," just like the members of the British Royal Family.

Latham added that Donald Trump's wife may have taken inspirations mainly from Queen Elizabeth and Kate Middleton. She explained that, among all the British Royals, they have the "most traditional" fashion senses.
