Keeping Up with the Kardashians is about to say goodbye after 14 years on the air next year. As fans are still hoping to continue seeing their favorite KarJenner family, will any spinoffs be coming?

Ryan Seacrest broke his silence over the impending ending of the show he co-created and executive-produces. He admitted to Entertainment Tonight he didn't know yet if there would be a sequel to the reality series as they had yet to "cross that bridge."

If there's one thing that he's sure of, the family is thankful for the opportunity the E! network gave them. They, too, are grateful for fans that have been with them through "relationships, pregnancies, separations, and breakups."

People see them "vulnerable and open" and they all ride along. So, he believes it's a "tough decision" for the family to end the series.

Seacrest revealed the KarJenners were very emotional "before and after" Kim Kardashian announced KUWTK's cancellation. Following the announcement, they had been exchanging "texts and emails," looking back at the 14 years and 20 seasons of showing their lives to the public.

The 45-year-old TV and radio personality continued the family succeeded and had a great run since the reality series began in 2007. Now, they would be living with a "little more privacy in their lives," and he believed it was the best time for them to do it.

Sure, they would find it hard to say goodbye after more than a decade on the air. But, Seacrest wanted to focus more on the major accomplishments the show had achieved.

Thinking how KUWTK started, the American Idol host added no one would've imagined how it went and evolved. It was an incredible ride and the family and franchise had changed the "entertainment forever."

Seacrest also found it "pretty remarkable" to see what the KarJenners had built for themselves "out of a little cable show," like their big businesses today.

According to Variety, the decision to end the show came from the KarJenners themselves. The Sun reported the famous family had been weighing the possibility of canceling the series for months.

However, Kris Jenner only officially "called things off" after Kim and Kylie Jenner expressed their desire to quit the show. Kim still had some issues with Kanye West.

She also found it hard to find time to film the show as of late. Alternatively, Kylie wanted to spend more time with her daughter, Stormi, and baby daddy, Travis Scott.
