The Los Angeles Clippers are not expected to return next season with the roster intact. There will be personnel changes and big names are likely to move out in the offseason. Kawhi Leonard and Paul George are set for free agency but it is the latter that is seen with a new uniform for the upcoming campaign.

It's not that the Clippers are looking to trade away PG but if that becomes an option then George will not be the last man standing. Between Leonard and George, the former is regarded as the untouchable and what he wants to happen can actually happen.

That was the claim made by Jovan Buha of The Athletic. The journalist said Los Angeles looking to shake up the roster will not impact Leonard. In fact, it will be the superstar who can trigger a revamp of the lineup, and should he think of parting ways with PG, he is likely to get his wish.

"I think Leonard is the only untouchable on the roster ... George is close to untouchable, but I think the Clippers would move him for the right package - and, obviously, if that was Leonard's preferred outcome," Sports Illustrated reported Buha as saying.

To be clear though, there is no known plan by the Clippers to give George the boot but if that will be the case, the Miami Heat will only be happy to bring the star to Florida. If the star is no longer wanted in LA, the Heat can offer a package that might pique the interest of the Clippers.

To get PG in the fold, Miami should be ready to dispatch Kendrick Nunn, Tyler Herro, Duncan Robinson, and Andre Iguodala in the other direction. These players constitute a combo of young and veteran talents, and all could be seen by the Clippers and Kawhi as a welcome addition.

Iguodala, for instance, is a veteran campaigner and his playoffs record is hard to ignore. He is part of the Golden State Warriors core players that appeared on five consecutive NBA Finals. Iguodala came out of that journey with three NBA rings and a Finals MVP to boot.

So the package can be best described as seriously tempting, especially for a Clippers squad wanting to win the big games and the Larry O'Brien.

As for Miami, Fadeaway World said signing George will provide the muscle that could see the team becoming a constant contender for the NBA championship in the coming years. PG joining will mean working with Jimmy Butler and Bam Adebayo and that would be a blockbuster combination.

George, Butler, and Adebayo headlining for the Miami Heat will mean the team boasting of the best Big 3 in the NBA, and having them on the roster will be sure to fire up further the organization's already impressive winning culture.
