V and Jungkook are two of the youngest members of BTS. Even though V is only two years older than JK, he treats the “My Time” singer as his baby brother.

However, there are some instances that Jungkook acts as the older brother to his members. The Golden Maknae is bigger in built compared to most of the boys in the group, which is why they always rely on him to do the heavy lifting, and more.

J-Hope even instantly called for Jungkook to get the bug out of their place in one of the episodes of Bon Voyage because he was afraid of it. This just goes to show that the youngest member is the protector of the older boys.

Jungkook has proven multiple times why he deserved the title of “Golden Maknae.” The BTS star is great at anything that he puts his mind to. So, when BTS wore a pair of roller-skates at the end of their “Dynamite” performance on Jimmy Fallon, ARMYs knew Jungkook would do amazing — they were right.

V, on the other hand, was struggling to find his balance the whole time. Lucky for him, Jungkook was always beside or behind him to guide him.

V was clearly having a hard time rollerskating while the others enjoy their time on the rink. While Jungkook could have joined the other members, he continued to stand by V.

"Jungkook looks like a parent who has just let his newborn swim in the waters for the first time..." one wrote on a popular online community forum.

One of the scenes showed V falling backward, but Jungkook was right there behind him and quickly caught his fall. It was such a hard fall that the BTS singer would have been hurt if the Golden Maknae wasn’t there. (Watch the clip here).

V and Jungkook just restored their close bond after having a heart-to-heart talk in In The Soop. JK shared that he and the “Sweet Night” singer were very close when they were younger, but admitted that a gap formed between them growing up.

Instead of leaving things as they were, V and Jungkook talked to revive their friendship. They recalled that they were scolded together before, and V even said that they were “partners in crime.” Of course, the pair’s much-needed talk made ARMYs very happy and quickly trended “Taekook” on Twitter.
