The Boys season 2 finale is coming this weekend on Amazon Prime Video, with the title "What I Know." An unlikely alliance will form within this episode, with Hughie (Jack Quaid) and A-Train (Jessie T. Usher) seemingly planning to team up.

The latest promo of The Boys season 2 finale featured a lot of exciting, action-packed scenes. A bizarre team-up was established in order to stop Stormfront (Aya Cash) from causing further chaos. It looks like A-Train wanted to get back into The Seven, that's why he enlists Hughie's help.

A major shake-up may also happen and could change the lives of some characters. Stormfront and Homelander (Antony Starr) are doing whatever they can to get whatever they want. In fact, the latter is determined to snatch his son Ryan (Cameron Crovetti) from Becca (Shantel VanSanten) to start a family.

The Boys season 2 finale will bring a lot of chaos to everyone. The episode is going to big and violent, especially since Billy Butcher (Karl Urban) is more empowered to do dangerous things than before. He ended up being a product of his upbringing, for both better and worse.

In a recent interview with TVLine, series creator Eric Kripke discussed how Billy's father influenced his son on some level. He said that the upcoming episode 8 is his all-time favorite throughout the series' run as it'll feature a lot of intense fight scenes.

Kripke explained that Butcher is the center of almost everything here. He is in a dangerous place because he has a devil on his shoulder -- his father. By the end of the episode, he'll learn that there's no value in doing the right way just by going through the right legal means.

The only way for Butcher, according to Kripke, is to become the worse possible person like his father. We could see him heading with that attitude and going into the dark path in episode 8. There's a real concern for his humanity, as some of his actions may have consequences for the rest of the team.

While most of the characters are virtuous and kind, they have certain methods in handling their madness and they don't want to move away from that. Hence, we should be prepared for a tremendous amount of chaos within this episode.

The Boys season 2 finale airs on Friday, Oct. 9, on Amazon Prime Video.
