Dragon Ball Super Chapter 65 will be out in more than a week and fans may see the conclusion of the Galactic Patrol Prisoner arc. With Goku's several battles against Moro, the planet-eater has now received his verdict and his end is about to come.
Goku had all the chance to end Moro's life as a member of the Galactic Patrolman force. However, being the all-around nice guy, he didn't do so.
But, it didn't mean that Goku would just let Moro to get away from his evil wrongdoings, Block Toro noted. Although he decided not to kill Moro, he wanted to fight him as a mortal.
As the Galactic Patrol Prisoner arc is about to come to an end, Dragon Ball Super Chapter 65 is expected to open a new one. Goku's transformation into the mastered Ultra Instinct is also a sign that a new story is about to begin.
In the new chapter, Goku will leave his post as a part of Galactic Patrolman, but there's no way that he will pardon Moro. The Saiyan has other plans to punish the powerful wizard.
According to EconoTimes, Moro is no longer a threat to everyone. Goku can easily kill him this time, but Jaco confirmed he is already sentenced with a death penalty.
So, what will happen to Moro in Dragon Ball Super Chapter 65? It remains to be a big mystery what will be the future of the evil villain.
It is also good to note that if Goku doesn't finish his job with Moro, someone else may do it. The saga's ultimate villain has threatened the Universe 7 and killed several individuals along the way.
He has done too many evil things that they the only way for repentance is his demise. However, knowing how the Dragon Ball Super franchise works, it may end the current arc into something surprising or utterly unexpected.

Dragon Ball Super Chapter 65 is set to be out on Tuesday, Oct. 20. Its raw scans and spoilers will be dropped two to three days before the new chapter's official release date, so it may fall on Saturday or Sunday, Oct. 17 or 18.
