Melania Trump and Donald Trump announced that they contracted the deadly coronavirus on Friday. While the United States President has since updated his followers on social media about his health status, the case is different for the First Lady.

Reports said that the former model has remained "low-key" these past few days. Although she posts a few things on her social media accounts, the public continues to wonder how she is doing amid her quarantine.

On Wednesday, the East Wing's Chief of Staff, Stephanie Grisham, stated that the U.S. President's wife "continues to feel well." Both women are isolating, however, according to USA Today.

Melania Trump is currently observing her self-isolation inside the White House. As for Grisham, she is staying at home, where she reportedly continues to work, just like the rest of East Wing staff.

The First Lady last updated her Twitter account on Wednesday. She expressed her "regrets" as she was supposed to join Secretary Ben Carson in Colorado.

While she did not say how well she is, she shared her gladness as the Department of Housing and Urban Development continues its Foster Youth to Independence initiative. Stephanie Grisham, later on, noted that the trip with Carson was "intended" to be part of the East Wing's campaign, Be Best.

Melania Trump last gave updates about her health on October 5, revealing that she is "feeling good." She thanked everyone on Twitter for all the "prayers" and support, adding that her whole family is "grateful."

Aside from the supporters, she, also, thanked all the medical staff and caretakers "everywhere." She, then, ended the post by saying that she would continue to pray for everyone, especially those who have been affected by the pandemic crisis.

Several fans and followers, later on, shared their well-wishes toward the First Lady. Many netizens replied to her posts, noting that they are all praying for her and Donald Trump's recovery.

Meanwhile, Melania Trump's husband has now returned to the White House after spending three nights at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. Based on the CDC's guidelines, he is supposed to continue his quarantine for a few more days. However, Donald Trump proceeded to the Oval Office to continue with his work, less than 48 hours from his release, according to Time magazine.

The night before his return to work, he posted on Twitter that he is "feeling great." But, medical experts reportedly warn that the U.S. President may face a more challenging "phase" of COVID-19 once he reaches the supposed second week of his isolation. Several experts, also, warn those who are working around him as the virus may still be contagious.
