BLACKPINK is known for their fierce visuals and moves. Jisoo, Jennie, Rose, and Lisa have steered clear from the bubblegum pop that female K-pop idols are mostly known for.
That said, many are expecting the BLACKPINK girls to be fierce on and off-camera. Despite their cool and tough reputation, Jisoo, Jennie, Rose, and Lisa have shown multiple times that they get scared easily.
But, during BLACKPINK‘s Prison Interview with 1theK Originals, Jennie revealed that she is not a 100% scaredy-cat. Even though the “Solo” singer gets startled by fireworks and loud noises, she is not afraid of one thing — heights.
One of the many questions in the segment was about their number one bucket list wish. Jennie did not hesitate and instantly answered, “Skydiving.” (Watch the clip here). Her quick response is proof that she had been wanting to do this for quite a long time.
Unlike Jennie, the other members were not as thrilled with her answer. Jisoo gasped in fear while Lisa said, “I think it’ll be scary.” While thinking about the idea of taking to the skies for the ultimate thrill, Jisoo said she got goosebumps.
But, Jennie was determined to scratch the number one on her bucket list off, and already had plans where to accomplish it. “I’d like to try skydiving in Hawaii,” she shared.
It is safe to say that Jisoo and Lisa are definitely not joining Jennie on her skydiving adventure. But the BLACKPINK rapper may not be doing it alone as Rose seemed to be interested in it as well. “Sounds good,” she said.
Meanwhile, if BLACKPINK had written “to be successful” on their bucket list, they have definitely scratched it off a long time ago. Jisoo, Jennie, Rose, and Lisa may have only been a part of the K-pop world for less than five years, but they are already considered to be four of the most popular and successful artists in the industry.
Recently, BLACKPINK launched its new hit “Lovesick Girls,” which already garnered over 130 million views on YouTube just less than a week after it was released.
Although the “Lovesick Girls” music video received blackish over Jennie’s nurse outfit, BLINKs have continually supported the girls and their album. In fact, Jisoo, Jennie, Rose, and Lisa a new all-time record for girl group album sales on the first day.
