"Genshin Impact" recently launched the new timed event dubbed as the Elemental Crucible. The event requires a little bit of hard work to unlock. Here are some tips and tricks on how to complete the event and heap decent rewards from it.

Unlock The Event From Timaeus

Players can start the new timed event in "Genshin Impact" by heading to the Thousand Winds Temple located in the eastern Mondstadt. To do this, it is important that layers unlock the event from Timaeus in Mondstadt. For the nearest fast travel points, players can utilize the Temple of the Wolf and the Starfell Valley waypoints.

The Elemental Crucible features an icon on the "Genshin Impact" map that players can use to navigate. When you reach the place, talk to Timaeus, who, after a bit of dialogue, will unlock the full event. The concept behind this new timed-event is basic: players are matchmade with a group of three other players and would be tasked to clearing a constant wave of enemies in exchange for elemental cubes.

These cubes are the elements of the slain enemies; gathering conflicting elements will ignite an elemental reaction, which is much like a fight. The secret is to collect similar or non-conflicting elements and keep them into the Elemental Crucible located in the center of the arena.

Resin For Rewards

It is important to note that the new timed event in "Genshin Impact" will require players Resin. The rewards for Elemental Crucible will not only scale with the player's World level but also costs 40 Resin to redeem. It is a better source of exp books than ley Lines per Resin spent. Players may want to reach Adventure Rank 35 to maximize rewards for Resin.

The rewards in the new timed co-op event in "Genshin Impact" varies based on the player's world level. Players receive rewards in the form of Character EXP materials, bounties, Adventure EXP and one extra perk.

For "Genshin Impact" players who do not wish to spend their Resin, there is an Elemental Crucible handbook. It has challenges that players can complete for free rewards. Players can play the event and make certain progress without having to spend any Resin. The rewards are not grand, but they are there.

"Genshin Impact" will receive updates every six weeks, according to MiHoYo. The next update could arrive in the game On November 11 with a rumored new event. "Genshin Impact" is now available on PC, PS4, iOS and Android devices.
