 Adler, a mystery figure even for "Call Of Duty: Black Ops" players and a major character in the upcoming "Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War," is ready to cross to "Call of Duty: Mobile."

The "Call of Duty" community is very excited with the "Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War" beta kicking off this week. As part of the game's promotion, it gives away rewards to "Call of Duty: Mobile" players, which includes getting a new character from the "Cold War" game for free. Here's what you should do to avail of this exciting bonus.

Activision confirmed earlier that Russell Adler could be unlocked in "Call of Duty: Mobile." to get the character in the mobile game, players simply need to play "Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War" Beta. Players could also get a sneak peek at the infamous ringleader Frank Woods and his crew before the game launches on November 13.

It is important that players link their "Call of Duty" account in their "Call of Duty: Mobile" account. To do this, go to Settings, tap the "COD" button from the options, and open the browser window. Key in "Call of Duty" account email address and password, then tap Login Now.

After that, download, play and install "Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War" on any platform using the same Activision account. It does not matter which platform you play as long as the player uses the same Activision account linked to the "COD: Mobile" profile. Eligible players will receive a unique code in the email address they provided.

This particular code unlocks Russell Adler on "Call of Duty: Mobile." Players could expect this unique code on their email address a week after "Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War" beta ends. It should be in the player's inbox but could also appear in other folders.

When the player receives the code, they can visit the Redemption Center and key in their UID. This is found on the "Call of Duty: Mobile" player's profile under the player's username. After that, key in the unique code to redeem the character.

To claim Russell Adler, head to "Call of Duty: Mobile's" in-game inbox. Enjoy the game with Russell Adler, the CIA operative who specializes in deception and espionage. Players should make sure that they are using the latest version of "Call of Duty: mobile" on their devices to unlock the character.
