The previous chapter showed how powerful Issuki is to be defeated. So, in Boruto: Naruto Next Generations Chapter 51, he would continuously bring down the much-loved protagonists.
Despite Isshiki's mighty strength, Naruto will never concede. He will do everything to protect the villagers and his people.
In the raw scans, Epic Dope revealed Boruto would realize Isshiki couldn't kill him. So, he would try to kill himself.
Isshiki will not let Boruto do that. He will try to distract Boruto by kicking Sasuke. Isshiki then breaks Boruto's arm so that he can't harm himself anymore.
It is now up to Naruto how to bring Isshiki down. As Naruto finally finds a way to defeat Isshiki, it may have a massive consequence.
Naruto unlocks a new Kyuubi form; a power so great it can blow Sasuke away. It also gives him a stunning look, as if he has combined himself with Kurama.
Nine protrusions emerge from his back, like a Kyuubi. His face turns differently, showing black marks.
So, why does Naturo only use it on Boruto: Naruto Next Generations Chapter 51? Kurama warns Naruto this form may need "sacrifice" on his part.
Although he may not die, he may lose some of his powers or get heavily injured. He may suffer a chakra illness seen in the Sasuke Retsuden spinoff.
It is also possible the creators are about to create a huge problem that fans are about to see. Here, instead of Naruto, Sasuke may be the one sacrificing himself.
It is also impossible something worse will happen to Boruto, especially Isshiki will never let something terrible happen to him. With its title, "Sacrifice," someone may lose something.
