One netizen, reportedly, said that the Queen's husband does not take s**t, seemingly referencing the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's movements these past few months. Another social media user added that Prince Harry should have listened to his grandfather's words that "one steps out with actresses," and not marry them.
Others, then, deemed the Duke of Edinburgh as a "wise man." Some even shared their comparisons between the Prince Consort and the youngest Wales Prince, noting that the latter would never understand his grandfather's "work ethics" and "responsibility."
Meanwhile, several netizens criticized Prince Harry while praising Prince Philip. As they claim that the Queen's husband easily "recognizes fools" when he sees one, many individuals seemingly agreed that the young royal went out of his way to "hurt" his elderly 90-year-old grandparents. The royal expert, who authored the Prince Philip Revealed, also, shared that the Prince Consort initially liked Meghan Markle. She noted that he understood the former actress's position as he knew the feeling of being an "outsider" joining the British Monarchy.
However, things changed following the Sussex couple's decision to leave the royal life. This, reportedly, left a "sour taste" in his mouth, to the point that he already likens the Duchess of Sussex to Wallis Simpson.
Reports recalled that Simpson was the wife of King Edward VIII, whose marriage prompted the abdication of Queen Elizabeth II's uncle. In the end, Seward claimed that the relationship between the two royal-born Princes has since suffered, and that Prince Harry's behavior is "alien" to Prince Philip.
