Despite their hectic schedule, the BLACKPINK girls would still see to it to make time for their fans and use social media to connect with them. While K-pop fans love seeing photos, short clips, and messages from idols on these platforms, they love it, even more, when these K-pop stars go on a live broadcast. That way, fans could share their thoughts on the comments section in real-time.
BLACKPINK is not as active on social media as other K-pop groups. However, the members do go live on V Live once in a while, and most of their live broadcasts are spontaneous and on the spot. In fact, one of these live broadcasts was so unexpected that it prompted Jennie to leave a comment.
Rose and Lisa previously went live on Vlive to spend time with BLINKs. Jennie, who was clearly uninvited, left messages on the comment box instead of directly contacting the pair since she has their phone numbers.
Jennie tried to get Rose and Lisa’s attention by continuously commenting on their live broadcast. The “Solo” singer left messages, such as “Hello,” “Read my comment please,” Where are you?” and “Is this live?”
Despite Jennie’s effort, Rose and Lisa didn’t notice her at all, which makes a lot of sense as the girls were flooded by a lot of comments at the time. But the 24-year-old singer and rapper still tried her best to get noticed by her group members. She even said, “I’m here right now,” and “Don’t you know I’m here?”
Unlike Rose and Lisa, a lot of the BLINKs noticed Jennie’s comments. Some of them find it hilarious that the BLACKPINK star appeared to be “bitter” that she wasn’t invited by the younger members on their live broadcast. It also seemed that she finally felt what it’s like for fans to try to get their attention.
Meanwhile, if fans want to get Jennie’s attention, they should get her some cute stuff. Korea’s “It Girl” previously admitted that she couldn’t control herself from purchasing adorable things.
Jennie also collects cute gifts from BLINKs. The BLACKPINK star shared that she has a “secret box” filled with stickers, name tags, and more. She noted that she likes presents that have her name on them.
