Ivanka Trump joined Donald Trump's administration in 2017. Following her father's victory in late 2016, the U.S. President appointed her and her husband as his senior advisors inside the White House.

Amid her time serving Trump and the American public, many people have since grown curious over her relationship with Melania Trump, and vice versa. This appears to be the result of their rumored "tension" as both women rarely show affection toward each other, especially during public appearances and engagements.

A body language expert argued, however, that they may have chosen to look more "professional" when in front of an audience, according to the Daily Mirror. But, it does not mean that they are feuding.

Judi James told the Daily Express that Ivanka Trump and Melania Trump share a more "complex" relationship. Based on photos and clips, they seemingly share the idea of "image perfection."

The U.S. President's wife and daughter reflect their "carefully-manicured" appearances in their respective body languages. While there are not many displays of "spontaneity" and "emotion," the expert countered that this likely suggests a "like-minded thinking" between Melania and Ivanka.

Aside from this, it might, also, indicate a subtle "competition" between the two women. Nevertheless, they seemingly mirror each other's actions, which may imply that the First Daughter looks up to her step-mother. It hints more of a "role-modeling" trait, especially for the eldest daughter of Trump.

Throughout their four-year stay inside the White House, though, Judi James does not believe that Ivanka Trump shares an "intimate" relationship with Melania Trump. But, their recent actions, reportedly, suggest that things have changed between them as they show a "united" front in support of the U.S. President.

The body language expert's analyses are far from what the First Lady's "former friend" claims. Stephanie Winston Wolkoff, who proclaims to be a former close friend of Melania, released a memoir earlier in September titled, Melania and Me.

The material features shocking allegations about the Trump family, particularly about Melania and Ivanka Trump's relationship. Wolkoff, who used to work inside the White House, claimed that the two women share an "icy relationship," according to the South China Morning Post.

She, also, detailed some of the alleged "moves" they made against the First Daughter. These include the supposed exclusion of Ivanka in the "key photos" during the inauguration earlier in 2017. Wolkoff added that they call Trump's eldest daughter "Princess," and refers to the latter's friends as "snakes," even Jared Kushner.
