Black Clover Chapter 272 will be on a one-week delay, so fans will not see what happens next between Asta and Nacht in the coming weekend. But, when the anime series returns, Asta, Liebe, and Nacht's devil magic battle is about to continue.
Asta and Liebe will be against Nacht and his animals in Black Clover Chapter 272. Here, things will be starting to get pretty serious, per BlockToro.
Fans will see Asta and Liebe enjoying a brotherly bond. Liebe has turned into a cute Chibi after he gives away his power to Asta. This only means that Asta can rely on his devil despite what happened between them.
In the battle, Atsta will use his new sword, called Demon Decapitator Kata, against Nacht as the latter creates multiple shadows of himself. Elsewhere, it will be revealed Nacht probably hates Yami as he distastes the phrase, "surpass your limits."
From here, a backstory may be featured and will be revealed in Black Clover Chapter 272. Also, the conclusion of Asta and Nacht's fight may be seen here.
In addition, the threat of the dark triad still looms. So, Black Bulls have to save Yami and William before it is too late.
In the previous installment, Nacht told Asta that he had to merge with his devil if he wanted to be stronger. Nacht then showed him his shadow skills and used the tail assault from the underside, per Cute Anime Book.
The two broke via Nacht's assault, while Liebe transferred his energy and shrank down to a small baby. Asta's devil-binding ritual let him get Liebe's full strength, but Nacht warned Asta he was only draining his devil's ability than uniting.
Asta then asked Liebe how they could have that ability, but the latter had no idea either. He barely could take over Asta's human form. The two started to argue that made Nacht annoyed.
Later, Nacht told the contract Asta made to be equal with his devil would not give him its ability, so it was deemed ineffective. However, Asta managed to attract Yami's Katana and said he would "surpass Nacht's limits" that would continue to be seen in Black Clover Chapter 272.
Black Clover Chapter 272 is set to be out on Sunday, November 22. On the other hand, its raw scans will be out two to three days before its official release date, so it may fall on Thursday, November 19.
