TXT took second place in Billboard's Social 50 chart this week.

According to a report by All Kpop, TXT rose to second place in the Billboard Social 50 chart on the week of November 14th. They trailed their label seniors BTS, who held on to the top spot for the 174th consecutive week.

TXT improved their position from their 5th place spot last week. However, this was not the first time that they achieved the feat. It can be recalled that they first reached the No. 2 spot last May when they released their third mini-album Minisode1: Blue Hour.

This comes as good news for Big Hit Entertainment since Tomorrow X Together (TXT) is one of the original artists of the label. Back in 2017, it can be recalled that BTS began their Kpop global domination by topping the Social 50 chart.

TXT continues to follow in the footeps of their labelmates by landing in the sixth place on the Billboard Emerging Artist chart. Their last album Minisode1: Blue Hour ranked 10th in the World Album Chart. The album also peaked at the 25th spot on the Heatseekers Albums Chart.

The title track "Blue Hour" ranked 16th place in the World Digital Song Sales chart.

Apart from Billboard, TXT's last album performed well on iTunes and the Japanese Oricon chart. The album sold 300,000 units within the first week and topped iTunes in 30 countries.

TXT is steadily achieving global attention because of their musical and dancing skills. Despite the pandemic, 2020 has been a big year for the 4th gen idol group.

They were featured as the cover artists of Teen Vogue last July where they shared some insights into their work as Kpop artists. They also shared what they wanted to achieve as members of TXT in the future.

TXT is also amassing a huge fanbase among anime fans. The group's first-ever Japanese track "Everlasting Shine" was selected as the opening theme for Black Clover's new season which was released last September. "Everlasting Shine" was part of their album The Dream Chapter: ETERNITY, All Kpop reported.

The group also received praise from anime fans when they channeled the characters from the popular sports anime Haikyu for the MV of their song "Drama," Comicbook reported.

Last August 19, TXT made a Japanese comeback featuring the songs "Drama" and "Can't You See Me."
