Fire Force Season 2 is about to come to an end after Episode 21 featured how Tamaki struggled to get Juggernaut back to the surface. Now that Fire Force Season 2 Episode 22 is about to come, what will happen next to Shinra's colorful adventure?

Fire Force Season 2 Episode 22 dropped its official promotional video, teasing what is about to happen next. Titled "Plot of Extinction," it will feature the Tokyo Empire being laid to waste.

It will see the return to the great flame of fire, Latom. Although the trailer didn't detail the next episode, it hinted at the intense continuation of the battle.

In the previous episode, Juggernaut thanked Tamaki for helping him avenge the death of Hajiki after giving him the right courage. Juggernaut revealed he would never mind dying on Nether like a potato, but he still wanted to see his potato field, Otakukart News noted.

Tamaki yelled that he already dug his potatoes and it had to last until it was above the ground. Sadly, Juggernaut died in front of her and she started to sob. She then got angry after hearing the fire soldiers, possessed with the Infernals, coming at her.

Tamaki got up and made a raging fire using red cat powers. From here, she promised she would get Juggernaut to the ground surface.

On the other hand, some of the fire soldiers were fighting the blazing Infernal. Oze protested against Ohan for using his sisters to face the killer infernal that put her in danger.

Ohan managed to save Oze from the Infernal when it was about to chop his head. Ohan then warned Oze that he must put his sole attention to the fight or else he would die.

Suddenly, the White Clad showed up, telling everyone their weapons would be of no use against his body. Elsewhere, Shinra fought with Dr. Giovan.

Later, Vulcan and Obi gave Tamaki their hands to finish off the Infernals. A lady from White Clad also planned to push all the Tokyo into the ground by using the fire soldiers that became Infernals.
