RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook are seven of the most sought-after bachelors in the world. The BTS boys are not only successful and good looking, but they also have a personality that anyone would want in a man.

Despite their superstardom status, BTS remained simple and humble, making them even more appealing to the public. But to achieve what they have today, RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook have to make some sacrifices, such as going out freely without being recognized and bombarded by a crowd, having more time with their family, doing their hobbies, and having a love life.

In an in-depth interview with Esquire‘s Dave Holmes, BTS was asked a lot of things, and one of them was a topic that every interviewer and fan are inquisitive about but don’t want to disrespect their privacy at the same time. Dave was obviously hesitant when he asked the question about the boys’ love life. “I ask about dating, broad questions like ‘Are you?’ and “‘Is there time?’ and ‘Can you?’” he shared and noted that the answer to those inquiries was “No.”

In fact, Jungkook shared that there’s one thing that is more important to them right now than having a romantic partner. “The most important thing for us now is to sleep,” he said, and Suga chimed in, “Can you see my dark circles?”

Dave Holmes shared that he cannot see Suga’s “dark circles,” as there were none. He pointed out that even though the interview was done via Zoom, the “Daechwita” rapper’s “flawless skin” was still very evident.

Meanwhile, most international hosts have no idea that dating is a sensitive topic in the K-pop world. Since RM is the only one who can speak English fluently and comfortably, he is the group’s official spokesperson and gets the difficult task to dodge the romance questions.

RM had explained before that BTS’s schedule is insanely packed that they don't have time to date. But despite his acceptable explanation, they are still consistently asked about their love life.

On May 22, 2019, RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook stopped by OnAir with Ryan Seacrest to discuss their tour and music at the time. As expected, the boys were asked about the dating question once again.

RM joked that “the connection is not very good” to avoid the question. When Ryan Seacrest tried to make them share further by saying that FaceTime is a great way to date long-distance, the BTS leader had the perfect answer. He said that the members FaceTime each other. And that’s how you successfully end the topic.
