Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner face a new set of speculations following Donald Trump's defeat. The public continues to wonder whether the couple will head back to their Manhattan home after Joe Biden takes the Oval Office in 2021.

Talks about their return continue to develop these past few weeks. But, based on The New York Times' report, they might make a "permanent" move to New Jersey next year.

The Real Deal released a brief review on the recent developments about Ivanka and Jared. Sources said that they are "expanding" their estate at the Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster.

Plans, reportedly, include a relocated heliport, new pickleball courts, and a spa complex. There will, also, be five new "cottages" and a general store. Alongside the recreational aspects of the plan, they are expanding the main rooms within the property. These include the master bedroom, dressing room, bathroom, and a ground-floor veranda.

Business Insider reiterated that representatives of Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner would present the plans to the township in Bedminster on December 3. But, an unnamed source, who claims to be a "friend of the family," alleged that construction already started.

Amid all, though, the couple remains tight-lipped about their relocation plans. Nevertheless, reports believe that the expansion of their New Jersey estate became apparent after New York residents appeared to manifest "hostile signals" about their return to the state. Moreover, the First Daughter's former best friend wrote a tell-all essay for Vanity Fair, claiming the same statements, adding that even their own social circles would no longer welcome them back.

Apart from her and her family's return to Manhattan or relocation to New Jersey, some publications, also, discuss the First Daughter's possible plans after her stint inside the White House. New Zealand Herald previously released the viable options that Ivanka Trump has.

Among all the routes that she might take, many seemingly believe that she will return to her executive post within The Trump Organization. Before serving Donald Trump as one of his senior advisors, she worked with her brothers, Don Jr and Eric Trump, in their family's empire.

Several individuals, also, consider Ivanka Trump returning to her fashion brand in the future. As the public would recall, she has an extensive line of products in the fashion industry.

There are talks, as well, of writing new books and signing on deals with television networks as she has experienced in show business. She often participated in her father's old reality television show, The Apprentice.
