One Piece Chapter 997 spoilers and raw scans are now hitting the web and hinting at the coming fight between Kaido and Luffy. The Straw Hat Pirates are now getting ready to face the Beast Pirates, while Big Mom is also causing huge trouble.
One Piece Chapter 997 cover showed Sanji on meditation in a temple. However, he seems to be getting distracted by Nami, who is busy playing volleyball, and the tanuki monk who is wielding three swords and hitting him.
The sounds Sanji is hearing is from the two Black Maria subordinates, who are trying to lure him into a trap. They finally get him caught in a spider's web while being surrounded by Black Maria and her girls, who look like Japanese demons.
According to International Business Times, Black Maria is one of the strongest members of the Tobi Roppo. Although fans have yet seen her in a fight, with her size, she is surely hard to defeat.
Elsewhere, two new Shinuchi are trying to block the stairway between the third and fourth floor. So, the samurai makes a hole between the floors to make way for Luffy and Jinbe to climb up the fourth floor, BlockToro noted.
However, Big Mom had successfully climbed up to the roof, thanks to the hole Kaidou left when he went up the top floor of Onigashima in One Piece Chapter 997.
Zoro then sees Kiku's arm falling from the sky that makes him annoyed. With his anger, he goes straight to Apoo, who faces X Drake, and brings him down with the Ittouryuu.
Zoro finally gets the antibody and gives it to Chopper. The latter then discovers the virus Queen created is fused with gas that cools the body down. So, if the infected people manage to warm their bodies using fire, the virus will stop spreading.
Chopper then tells everyone to warm up as he makes the antidote, but Queen tries to stop him by shooting him with a bazooka. Thankfully, Zoro manages to control her by sending a shockwave that destroys her weapon.
From here, an earthquake then hits Onigashima Island. Zoko will try to make his way to Kaido, but King and Queen will be blocking his path. Marco will then arrive and offer his help.
Fans will also see the Heart Pirates planning to join the fight in One Piece Chapter 997, but the earthquake stops them. Yamato will take Momonosuke to the port to help him leave the island, but the ships and sea are gone.
The reason behind the earthquake will be revealed, and it is because of Kaido. Later, he will use "Homuragumo," or the Flaming Cloud, to carry the entire Onigashima Island to the sky. He will be next seen in the Flower Capital of Wanokuni.
One Piece Chapter 997 is set to be out on Sunday, November 29, at midnight, Japan Standard Time, per HITC. If this will be followed, then the English translations will be out at a later time. It will drop at 9 a.m. Pacific Time, 11 a.m. Central Time, noon at Eastern Time, 5 p.m. British Time.
