ARMYs believe that if the sun has a human form, it would be J-Hope. The BTS star has a bright and bubbly personality that his presence makes a lot of people smile.

J-Hope exudes love and positivity, and he’s someone that everyone considers as the life of the party. That said, people may wonder how hyper the “Ego” rapper would be if he has alcohol in his system.

ARMYs have seen RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook drink on camera multiple times. From their Bon Voyage reality show to their live broadcasts, the BTS boys never shy away from taking a sip or two (or more).

But just because BTS is open with their drinking, that doesn’t mean that all of them are heavy drinkers. In fact, most of the boys have a low tolerance for alcohol.

As it turns out, a drunk J-Hope is a no-fun J-Hope. You see, the BTS star is not a heavy drinker. In fact, when he was asked to rank the members’ alcohol tolerance, he ranked himself last.

While most people who are the life of the party drink a lot to keep the fun momentum going, J-Hope loses his Sunshine status when drunk. Even the BTS boys shared that the rapper’s face would instantly turn red when drinking alcohol.

The funny part is that it doesn’t take long for J-Hope to turn all red. All it would take is a few sips, and he’ll be as red as a tomato.

But just because he’s not a heavy drinker, that does not mean that J-Hope would not join the other boys’ drinking session. The 26-year-old rapper, songwriter, and record producer still enjoys having a drink with his members and would even start as the most hyper one out of the bunch.

However, every time J-Hope sips on his drink, he gets less and less talkative. By the time he reached half of his glass, he’s already done for the night.

Another member who is not a huge fan of alcohol is V. The “Sweet Night” singer would even choose a non-alcoholic beverage if possible.

But if he had no choice and needed to drink with the members, a very hesitant V would still join in. One of the earlier videos showed the BTS star taking a shot with the boys, and he quickly held his chest as if his insides were burning.
