Also, One Punch Man Chapter 136 will also see Saitama's "surprising entry" in protecting his friends from the monsters and evil heroes. Knowing his background, a fight with Blast will be inevitable.
Saitama knows Blast is a "highly powerful rival" and "more powerful than him." Despite these threats, he will never fear this new enemy.

It usually drops on Sundays, so a December 6 release date is probable. However, its last few chapters were released on Wednesdays, so a December 9 release date is also possible.
If this happens, it may come out at midnight Japan Standard Time, followed by the English translations in different parts of the world at a later time. It may drop at 9 a.m. Pacific Time, 11 a.m. Central Time, noon Eastern Time, and 5 p.m. British Time.
