Prince William and Prince Harry continue to maintain their silence amid all the feuding rumors. For years, the royal siblings have remained at the center of many allegations.

Despite this, though, no one knows whether they, indeed, have a row. But, royal experts have since attested that the rift exists.

The Daily Express recently released a report covering a royal biographer's analysis of the royal-born Princes' relationship. In his book, Meghan Misunderstood, Sean Smith said that the Duke of Cambridge's official statement in 2016 manifested that things were not "all rosy" between him and his brother.

Prince Harry shared an "unusual" and "unprecedented" statement earlier in November of 2016. He slammed the "wave of abuse," as well as "harassment," that Meghan Markle was allegedly receiving in the early months of their relationship.

Prince William showed his support toward his brother when he revealed his side on the matter through his spokesperson. He said that he "absolutely understands" the situation and "supports" his brother's need to support those who are "closest to him."

Smith explained that, while it appeared to be a show of support, it was an "opposite of a powerful endorsement." He pointed out that, apart from not mentioning Meghan Markle's name, it was a "pompous tongue twister" to ensure that it won't reach the public's comprehension. In the end, he asserted that this was the "first indication" that things are not well between the royal siblings.

Cosmopolitan previously released a timeline of the reported rift. Based on royal experts and sources, it all started when Prince William learned about Prince Harry's plans to marry Meghan Markle months after their first meeting.

The Duke of Cambridge, reportedly, gave his advice, stating that his brother might be "moving too quickly." He even called the Duchess of Sussex "this girl," which the Duke of Sussex took as offensive.

The rumors began to emerge, detailing the situation in the royal siblings' relationship. Despite this, the duo remained tight-lipped about the issue.

Later in 2019, the youngest Wales Prince seemingly confirmed the allegations via an interview with Tom Bradby. He said that he and his brother were on different paths already.

Earlier this month, however, the tune appears to have changed after Meghan Markle released an open essay about her miscarriage in July. Royal expert Katie Nicholl told OK! magazine that the Sussex couple received comfort and support from Prince William and Kate Middleton, as well as the rest of the British Royal Family. She claimed that the Cambridge couple "reached out" to them, adding that situations like this will help "heal rifts."
