The giant hand is one of the most tedious easter eggs introduced in Die Maschine. Players have been investigating this enormous and contentious hand in the Dark Aether. This can be activated by pressing the four buttons in the Medical Bay barrier. The general theory is that this giant hand is related to the giant that players saw after reaching round 45.
Before engaging with the easter egg, it is important that players must turn on the power and forge the Pack-A-Punch machine. Players can only solve the easter egg if they have a Pack-A-Punch weapon.
How To Activate The Giant Hand in "Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War" Zombies
The giant hand easter egg in "Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War" is only possible while players are in the Dark Aether. This makes the easter egg more challenging to solve since players only have a very limited time. Players are only allowed to stay in the Dark Aether for a couple of minutes; then they are teleported back.
While players are in the Dark Aether, they should find the Medical bay and locate the barrier. It could be found at the back of the speed cola perk machine. Players will see that there are four red buttons beside each door. They need to shoot these buttons using the Pack-A-Punch weapon.

Shooting each button would trigger the green light above the doors to switch on. Players will see the green gas leaking out of these rooms, and when all four are shot, the first door on the left with the red button will light up. Shooting this red button will open the door and a giant hand will come out.
This simply means that the giant hand easter egg is already activated. Players should stand by the barrier and shoot the button every time a zombie surfaces from the barrier. This allows players to kill zombies using the giant hand. Players need to kill 15 zombies to complete the easter egg. On the 15th kill, players will see a purple orb in the corridor flying towards them. This will turn the player's weapon into a Legendary rarity.
