Twitter-based "Genshin Impact" insider NEP NEP recently shared a lot of information about a major event arriving soon in the game. While the tipster confirmed that the name of the said event is still unknown, it provided interesting details, including a possible launch date of Dec. 23. The alleged event would reportedly introduce players to Dragonspine, a visible but still inaccessible region in the game.
Based on the images shared by the "Genshin Impact" insider, the unnamed major event might feature enemies like the Frost Mitachurl and an upgraded Ruin Guard. A couple of new materials are also in the leaked images. The red one is allegedly called Glimmering Tincture, which could be equivalent to the Fading Star's Essence in the current Unreconciled Stars event.
The images also revealed that "Genshin Impact" players would need to access to a Field Trial, which would eventually reward players with Glimmering Tinctures upon successful quest completion. It looks like these shinning red materials would be used in the game's Event Shop in exchange for the Crown of Sagehood.

Other details mentioned in the latest "Genshin Impact" leak includes terms such as Warm Tinctures, Festering Fang, Miraculous Tinctures and Rime-Worn Crystals. These might be related to the alleged next major event in the game, or not. The leak also mentioned about the Field of Trial's challenge text stating "a Festering Fang growing in power."

New Gliding Event in "Genshin Impact"
miHoyo announced a new event in "Genshin Impact" that features a brand new traveling MPC named Hughes. According to the game developer's tweet, Hughes loves gliding and knows some lovely gliding spots. The event starts on Dec. 4 and will run until Dec. 14. The event will give players the chance to complete challenges to receive rewards like Talent Ascension materials, Primogems, Hero's Wit, Mora and more.
