Riot Games announced today that more surprises are coming to "League of Legends: Wild Rift" as it plans to roll out more champions and skins in a few days.

"League of Legends: Wild Rift" Open Beta Release Schedule

Game developer Riot Games released a dev diary today, which reveals its future plans and upcoming features for "League of Legends: Wild Rift." The game's open beta is expanding to more regions in a few days. The beta would be available on Dec. 08 to players in Oceania, Vietnam, and Taiwan.

On Dec. 10, the game's beta would be released in Turkey, CIS, Europe, the Middle East, Russia, and North Africa. Unfortunately, players in South America, North America, and India will have to wait until the Spring of 2021 to get their hands on the hit mobile MOBA game from Riot Games. The game's open beta is currently available in various regions in Southeast Asia, including the Philippines, Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, and South Korea.

New "League of Legends: Wild Rift" Champions

During today's announcement, Riot Games confirms that three new champions are coming to "League of Legends: Wild Rift" when the next update rolls out. These champions are Draven, Wukong, and Darius. They will be available via the Noxian Brotherhood event.

"League of Legends: Wild Rift" players need to complete missions in order to gain access to Noxian accessories and obtain Draven and Darius for free. Meanwhile, Wukong, the agile monkey from "League of Legends" will also be available in the next update, according to Riot.

New "League of Legends: Wild Rift" Skins

Multiple new skins are also arriving on "League of Legends: Wild Rift." These include Academy Darius, High Noon Darius, Primetime Draven, Soul Reaver Draven, Queen Ashe, Steel Legion Garen, and Volcanic Wukong.

Other "League of Legends: Wild Rift" Details

Meanwhile, the game's open beta ranked season is ending soon. "League of Legends: Wild Rift" players who participated this season will receive rewards, although Riot Games has not yet disclosed the details of the rewards. Apart from this, players will get a lobby emblem based on the top rank they achieved in the current season.

Riot Games also confirmed that "LoL" and "League of Legends: Wild Rift" would get some joint announcements and simultaneous events in 2021. Shared thematics are also coming to both games, according to the game developer. It is likely that more details would be revealed about these upcoming events in January 2021 when the first official ranked season of "League of Legends: Wild Rift" starts.
