Melania Trump remains enigmatic even in the last few weeks of her stay inside the White House. In January, she and Donald Trump will exit their posts as the President-Elect, Joe Biden will take over the Oval Office. Jill Biden will consequently replace the First Lady in the East Wing.

Following Trump's defeat in this year's presidential race, the public continues to wonder what their plans will be. Several speculations have since emerged concerning their future outside Washington.

Earlier this week, though, White House correspondent Kate Bennett released a report about the matter with the help of numerous sources. Based on assertions, the outgoing First Lady is already preparing for her and her son's exit, and will likely move to Mar-a-Lago.

Writing for CNN, Bennett said that Melania Trump "wants to go home." She is now, reportedly, "focused" on her husband's estate, and ensuring a "smooth transition" for her and her son.

Sources, also, shared that Barron Trump will finish his academic year in Florida instead of the Maryland private school he has attended in the last few years. While this may seem a good plan for them, the Daily Express reported that this will be a "huge lifestyle shakeup" for Melania and Barron, as well as Donald Trump.

The U.S. President and his family love Mar-a-Lago. However, the family's living quarters in the resort only has over 3,000 square feet. This is, indeed, a downsize to their current lifestyle considering that the White House has over 55,000 square feet.

Author Laurence Leamer, then, asserted that the limited space in Florida might become "too confining" for Melania Trump's husband. Nevertheless, it will be like staying at a "nice hotel" full-time.

Amid all the talks, though, the outgoing First Couple has not shared any details yet about their future moves. But, insiders said that they will likely release and publish books once they leave the White House. Deals and offers have now, reportedly, become apparent following the aftermath of the presidential race.

Apart from Melania Trump, another member of the family who will likely relocate to Florida is Ivanka Trump. Page Six revealed on Monday that the First Daughter and her husband have purchased a lot at the Indian Creek Island in Miami, which is an hour away from Mar-a-Lago.

The publication said that they likely purchased Lot 4 to build a "bayfront estate." It features a total of 1.84 acres, alongside its 200-foot private waterfront. It was, reportedly, for sale at $31.8 million, by its then-owner, Julio Iglesias.
