Fans will not see Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 133 this week, but they will get a special filler chapter in Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 132.1. The manga creator Gege Akutami does not want fans to get bored of waiting and so he will drop something that they can read during the break.
According to BlockToro, Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 132.1 will be a pun-filled filler chapter and it has nothing to do with either Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 133 or the main storyline. Anyhow, fans will still see the main characters, Yuji, Gojo, Megumi, and Nobara.
They will be seen as the Tokyo Jujutsu High's first-year students, who will play basketball and blind taste test games. Fans will surely enjoy seeing Nobara, Megumi, and Gojo having fun before Mahito arrives and destroys their lives.
In a leaked panel, via EconoTimes, Yuji is seen playing basketball, which is said to be a nod to "Kuruko's Basketball." Here Nobara will talk about the importance of screening, but Yuji will suddenly slam dunk.
In other scenes, Yuji will be seen with an eye covering, participating in a blind taste test game. He is set to eat cake, but Gojo will pull a prank on him and feed him with Sukuna's finger instead.
It will even give a glimpse of Itadori's past and reveal how he obtains cursed powers from being a typical teenager, Epic Dope noted. Megumi and Kugisaki will also have a short scene where they are exchanging fun banter with Panda-senpai.
Although fans are mostly looking forward to seeing Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 133 after the previous chapter ended with a major cliffhanger, it cannot be denied Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 132.1 will be a fun read.
In the previous chapter, Yuji had reached his cursed powers' full potential. Afraid of what he would do, Mahito ran away for his life.
However, Yuji still showed resilience, making fans amazed by his behavior, but some were still surprised to see Todo lost his hand. There were also theories that Geto's move to help Mahito might only be a trap to suck his cursed powers. Would he devour Mahito to gain his abilities?
Fans will see what will happen next in Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 133 on its release on Friday, December 18, at 9:30 a.m. Pacific Time. On the other hand, Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 132.1 will drop on Sunday, December 13.
