Weekly Shonen Jump now drops the release date of My Hero Academia Season 5, making fans more excited. It looks like Deku and the rest of the Pro Heroes members will once again hit the small screens in no time.

The heroes and the villains will make a triumphant return to the UA Academy in My Hero Academia Season 5. The Class-1 will continue achieving their dream to be the best crime fighters in the world.

The fifth season will continuously see the variety of battles happening in the War Arc. It may also feature the Joint Training Arc, Meta Liberation Army arc, and Tomura Shigaraki's past.

After Endeavor and Hawks fought against the new threat in the High-End Nomu, it seemed to confirm that the League of Villains was doing everything to reach their goal. According to Comicbook, the next installment will adapt big stories from the manga. Hence, fans have a lot to look forward to after the fourth season finale's big battle.

Devdiscourse noted My Hero Academia Season 5 would likely feature the rivalry between the first-year class of Class A and Class B. Also, Endeavor's complicated relationship with his family may be explored.

The new season's poster also teased a new costume update for Class 1-A and the return of Shinso Hitoshi, the student who was last seen in Season 2's Sports Festival. In addition, Deku may finally get his Black Whip, while Fumikage may obtain his black fallen angel, who can make him fly.

Also, fans will get to see the comeback of Hitori from the Sports arc. Known as one of the most "compelling underdog rival" of Deku, they may again face each other in My Hero Academia Season 5.

Meanwhile, on the eve of this year's Jump Festa, WSJ revealed the official release date of My Hero Academia Season 5. It would drop on Saturday, March 27, 2021, which is only about three months away, per HITC.

Before the magazine confirmed the release date, there were a lot of rumors making rounds online about the new season's release. Anyhow, fans were quite sure that they would once again see Deku and the rest of the gang on the small screen in 2021.

By the looks of it, it is the manga's earliest-releasing season in the series' history after all of the show's three previous seasons were out in April. There are reports that My Hero Academia Season 5 will be a split-cour, so its second half may be out in autumn 2021.
