Shameless season 11 episode 4 won't be arriving until next year on Showtime. The comedy-drama is currently on its holiday break, and it'll deliver more interesting stories for the Gallagher family once it returns. Here is what viewers can anticipate in "NIMBY."
Shameless season 11 episode 4 will feature the Little Miss South Side pageant, something that has been teased in trailers before. Franny and Gemma, in particular, are competing for the title, leading to a clash between their mothers Debbie Gallagher (Emma Kenney) and V Fisher (Shanola Hampton).
Beyond this, Shameless season 11 episode 4 will also see Mickey Milkovich (Noel Fisher) starting on his new job as V and her husband Kev's (Steve Howey) business continue to progress. He embarks on his security gig for the couple and drags Ian Gallagher (Cameron Monaghan) along.
This particular storyline brings back some memories from the fifth installment. It can be recalled that Kev asked Mickey to help him have a gun after the Southside kids robbed him. This could be one of the reasons why Kev hired Mickey for the job.
Perhaps, the biggest storyline here is that the Milkovich family is moving in next door and ready to cause chaos. This prompted the patriarch of the Gallaghers, Frank (William H. Macy), along with V and Kevin, to make a plan to get rid of them.
The battle between the Gallaghers and Milkoviches is going to be a big one in Shameless season 11 episode 4. They're already in the middle of a huge feud -- mostly because of newlyweds Ian and Mickey. This is something that could potentially play out through most of the final installment.
Now that the Ball family joins in, this is going to be a three-way fight. The inevitable fight between the families will be an intense one, which could lead to Ian and Mickey's marriage problems. This war could have an unexpected outcome, as well.
Meanwhile, episode 3 sees Frank taking Franny to the wrong school so he decided to bring him to his workplace, instead. He asked his granddaughter's help in sorting out some pot, and they eventually ended their day in a tattoo parlor.
Also, Mickey and Ian were enjoying their lives as newlyweds -- but conflicts arise because of the question: who is the man in the relationship? This something they have to figure out moving forward, and the situation could get more complicated now that the Milkoviches are next door.
Shameless season 11 episode 4 airs on Sunday, January 10, 2021, on Showtime.
