My Hero Academia Chapter 296 may feature a fresh start after the Pro Heroes and the League of Villains need some time off to recover. These two have sustained serious injuries that the manga may need to begin with a time skip.

Deku has now unlocked his fourth quirk, called Danger Sense. He can now sense everything going on around him that will be loading his head with too much information. So, in My Hero Academia Chapter 296, fans may see Deku undergoing training for his new ability.

Deku may also be recuperating from all the injuries he has. After this, he will be working hard to get used to using his Black Whip and Danger Sense quirks, BlockToro noted.

Knowing how eager Deku is to get accustomed to his new abilities will be just very easy for him. In no time, he may have mastered his quirks perfectly.

On the other hand, Twitter user Atsushi dropped a new chapter spoiler, asking what will be "waiting for Shigaraki at the end." It seems to hint at a new storyline that the series is about to begin.

The creator, Kohei Horikoshi, possibly doesn't want to spoil My Hero Academia Chapter 296, so he drops a simple tease.

In the previous chapter, Dabi's Jet Burn attack badly wounded Deku, per International Business Times. However, when he woke up, he still looked for Todoroki immediately and felt relieved when he saw him alive.

He then felt a sudden stab in his head that made him remember the new quirk All Might was talking about. Deku was confused, knowing he didn't train for this Danger Sense quirk, and he found it hard to focus as it was taking its toll on him.

The next scene showed Mirio and Mr. Compress's fight, as the latter realized he had to buy more time for Spinner and Shigaraki. He knew Shigaraki could control the Nomu's movements after seeing several of them in the distance.

Luckily, despite Shigaraki's "trance-like state," he still managed to move, making the Nomu respond to his call. All For One then came and praised Shigaraki's team.

He even advised Shigaraki never to let his hatred die. Spinner then later asked Shigaraki about Mr. Compress, Gigantomachia, and Toga.

All For One answered Spinner instead, saying Shigaraki lose the battle to him and Endeavor. He then told Deku that they would see each other again when Shigaraki's body recovered.

By the looks of it, the Paranormal Liberation War arc is about to end, as Deku and Shigaraki's battle is about to begin. Will it start in My Hero Academia Chapter 296? Find out on its release on Sunday, January 3, 2021, per Otakukart.
