Another coronavirus scare affected the set of Korean dramas after actor Kim Byung Chun tested positive for COVID-19.

According to a report by Naver Entertainment, the actor underwent a pre-emptive test last December 21 before reporting to the set of True Beauty on December 24. His positive result was revealed on December 22.

A source from his agency confirmed that Kim Byung Chun is currently undergoing a period of isolation and is waiting to be assigned a bed. He is also following the health guidelines issued by the government. Before his positive test result came out, he showed no signs of COVID-19.

Kim Byung Chun is currently cast in True Beauty and Phoenix 2020, but he has not reported to the set of these dramas after November 28th.

Meanwhile, one actress' path did overlap with Kim Byung Chun. Her agency recently confirmed that Han Ye Ri recently had an interaction with the veteran actor.
