Ray Perry (Neil Brown Jr.) is the biggest concern entering SEAL Team season 4 episode 5. His life is currently in danger and there is no guarantee that he'll make it out alive. There are a lot of questions surrounding his future, but the Bravo Team will do everything to save their missing brother.

SEAL Team season 4 episode 5 is titled "The Carrot or the Stick," and it'll continue where episode 4 left off. Ray was in bad shape after sustaining severe injuries due to a bombing at a café. He fell unconscious and was taken hostage, presumably by the bombers.

Ray is, once again, in danger after being stranded from the rest of the Bravo Team. One of the recently-shared preview photos featured the character, who looks helpless and isolated in an unknown place. He is seemingly trying to find ways how to escape -- though that won't be entirely easy.

The biggest question in SEAL Team season 4 episode 5 is: How can Ray survive his current situation? Even if he finds a way out, this incident could hugely impact his life moving forward. Due to the things that happened to him, he might change how he lives his life.

The good thing is that the Bravo Team is doing everything they can to rescue their missing brother on the other side. They're going to follow Ray's path to find out his current location. Jason Hayes (David Boreanaz) also made a decision -- which is working with the team again.

Since Ray is missing, Jason told Lindell (Jamie McShane) he wants to be part of the Bravo Team to find their comrade. He was able to convince him; they were regrouped and sent to Tunisia. They almost locate Ray's whereabouts, but his captors dragged him somewhere else.

The Bravo Team will continue searching for Ray in SEAL Team season 4 episode 5. Jason pushes everyone to cross the lines and to go to extreme lengths to save him. Hence, viewers can expect a lot of action-packed scenes when the series returns.

Beyond Ray's storyline, there's also a question about Jason's decision to join the Bravo Team in this mission. In the premiere, he decided to step down from being the operation and want to find a life for himself. For now, it's yet to be seen whether he's coming back in the field again after this mission.

SEAL Team season 4 episode 5 is coming on Wednesday, January 13, 2021, on CBS.
