All eyes are now on One Piece Chapter 1001 after One Piece Chapter 1000 raw scans drop. Although the latter chapter is yet to be out, fans are starting to speculate what will happen next after the spoilers are now circulating online.
The franchise's enthusiasts are quite unhappy with One Piece Chapter 1000. It didn't reach their expectation to drop a big reveal, but something huge may happen in One Piece Chapter 1001.
According to BlockToro, fans are excited to see the continuation of the Supernovas versus Yonko's battle in Chapter 1001. Luffy, Zoro, Kid, Killer, and Law will be facing Big Mom and Kaido all together.
There will be an epic fight as more alliance members will try their best to bring the enemies down and join the Onigashima rooftop battle. There will be many of them who will try to fight Kaido and Big Mom, by the looks of it.
There are also predictions the next chapter's storyline will continue after Luffy hits Kaido with the Gear 3 Red Rock punch. This move will leave Yonko's face on fire as he gradually falls.
However, it remains to be seen how Luffy, Zoro, Kid, Killer, and Law will fight Big Mom and Kaido, knowing they are way bigger than their league. But as One Piece Chapter 1001 will be all about surpassing their limits, more alliance members will be upping their game to defeat these two big villains.
The new chapter may also feature Kaido's flashbacks as he is about to reminisce about how it was like to get hit in his younger days. Anyhow, as the creator, Eiichiro Oda, always features a surprising twist out of the blue, it is much better to wait for the upcoming installment's official raw scans and spoilers.
Meanwhile, before Chapter 1000 features the big battle between the Straw Hats Pirates and Kaido and Big Mom, Chapter 999 showed Yamato and Ace's first meeting in Onigashima. Yamato accused Ace of destroying the dragon statue to warn Kaido, although she was the real culprit behind it, Stanford Arts Review reported.
She later revealed to Ace that she wanted to leave Wano. After she ruined the statue, the two talked about "going on an adventure" while enjoying a drink together.
Yamato was also the one who told Momonosuke that Luffy and Ace were brothers. Later, Momonosuke learned Ace was the son of Gold Roger, who owned the legendary One Piece treasure.
One Piece Chapter 1001 is set to be out on Sunday, January 17, 2021, per Otakukart News. Fans will once again have to wait for a week as the manga will take another one-week hiatus.
