Koreaboo recently compiled the items that Jungkook accidentally sold out in 2020. Jungkook sold out a Prada jacket worth $2,820 which he wore for the cover of Vogue Japan in June. ARMYs from 25 countries sold out the item in record time.
This was not the only Prada item that Jungkook sold out. Prada stompers that cost $1,200 went out of stock after he wore them for a BE-related event.
Another luxury item that sold out because of BTS's golden maknae was the Louis Vuitton denim jacket that he wore in the music video for BTS's hit summer track "Dynamite." The item cost a pretty penny at $2,120 but stocks quickly ran out on the brand's website soon after it was spotted on Jungkook.
Fans have always praised Jungkook for carrying-off different looks with his strong visuals. The $9 Presley shades that he wore to the 2020 BTS FESTA photoshoot trended easily on social media as fans quickly hunted down the item.
It took only 12 hours for the Trunk Project T-shirt to go out of stock after ARMYs spotted the golden maknae wearing the item on an episode of Run BTS. Jungkook also sold out items like $95 Kindness Killz shorts, a Balenciaga T-shirt, the BTS WeVerse shirt, a BANG BANG CON: The Live shirt, as well as a Kate CC Lip Balm.
Jungkook's strong following has helped elevate him to become one of the most popular Kpop artists not only in Korea, but all around the world. Last year, Jungkook became one of the youngest shareholders of Big Hit Entertainment when Big Hit founder Bang Si Hyuk gifted the BTS members with shares of the company.
Based on a report, Jungkook spent part of his earnings in purchasing a single-family detached unit in the affluent district of Itaewon. The home reportedly cost ₩7.63 billion KRW or approximately $7,050,940 for the two-story home. The home, which spans 230.72 square meters was built in 1976.
Itaewon is a popular area for celebrities since celebrities like Rain and Kim Tae Hee, Song Joong Ki, Park Myung Soo, and Hwang Jung Eum are among the celebrities who own a home in the wealthy neighborhood.
