One Piece Chapter 1001 spoilers are yet to be out, but several leaks and spoilers surround it. Aside from the epic battle between the Supernova and Yonko, Kaido and Big Mom will have a major flashback.
Titled "The New Pirate Era," fans will get a glimpse of Kaido and Big Mom's backstory in One Piece Chapter 1001. However, readers are advised to take these assumptions with a grain of salt as the official spoilers and raw scans are not yet revealed.
According to BlockToro, the new chapter will begin with Big Mom, warning the Supernovas about the real fear. She says they don't have any idea about it, while Kaido lies on the ground after Luffy's Red Roc attack.
As Kaido seems to be taking his time to recover, he remembers his time as a Rock Pirates crew member. From here, there will be a flashback where Garp and Roger managed to defeat Kaido and Big Mom.
Whitebeard "doesn't fight for ethics," but the recollection shows the Rock Pirates stopped him, resulting in an epic clash. He successfully won the fight, but it didn't go by with difficulty, defeating the said group.
Elsewhere, Wanda and Carrot win over Perospero in One Piece Chapter 1001. However, Smoothie comes and saves him just in time when they are about to kill him.
The Big Mom Pirates, on the other hand, have arrived in Wano. In addition, Black Maria is about to kill Sanji, but Robin and Brook arrive to stop her and save the Straw Hat Pirates' cook.
Sanji then leaves to go to the top, but he stays with Marco and joins the fight. The Supernovas, Luffy, Zoro, Kid, Killer, and Law, make their best moves to attack Big Mom.
One of them even says, "Welcome to the New Era," a nod to One Piece Chapter 1001's title. The episode will end with Kaido transforming into his hybrid form, while Big Mom "comes with her homies, Zeus and Prometheus."
Meanwhile, Devdidscourse added the new chapter would see Nami and Usopp running into X Drake to ask him for help against Page One and Ulti. Although this leaves Red Flag confused, he will understand their plead when he sees Page One and Ulti coming.
One Piece Chapter 1001 is slated for release on Sunday, January 17, at midnight Japan Standard Time, per HITC. Its English translation will then follow, dropping at 9 a.m. Pacific Time, 11 a.m. Central Time, noon Eastern Time, and 5 p.m. British Time.
