V is not the official visual of BTS as that title belongs to Mr. Worldwide Handsome Jin. However, the “Sweet Night” singer is considered to have one of the most gorgeous faces in the industry.
That said, some may think that to be able to achieve his amazing good looks, V may be extremely vain. But that’s far from the truth.
In fact, V has a different approach when he cuts his face while shaving and getting pimples. While many people, especially celebrities, would see this situation as an emergency, the BTS star has a very positive take on it.
V previously took to VLive to celebrate his birthday with ARMYs. Since it was his special day, it was easy to assume that the birthday boy would be all dressed up with makeup on. But the BTS star appeared on his live broadcast wearing comfortable clothes and without an inch of makeup on his face.
The 25-year-old singer, songwriter, and actor has proven yet again that he’s gorgeous as Kim Taehyung. V looked just as handsome as when he’s all glammed-up. Some even say that he looks better au natural.
V then talked about the very visible mark on his cheek and shared that he cut himself while shaving. Instead of getting all shy about it or tell the viewers to ignore the cut, he said: “Please enjoy the mark.”
The BTS star also added that he has another mark on his face because he recently popped a pimple. An ARMY commented that V would get more pimples if he didn’t get enough sleep. Instead of assuring the fans that he’d get enough sleep to avoid getting more pimples, he shared some words of wisdom.
“I don’t care. It’s all right. Sometimes you get them (pimples), and sometimes you don’t. Think of it as meeting someone new,“ V said.
This is definitely not the first time V has used his positive attitude to see things more optimistically. In one of the episodes of BTS Bon Voyage in Hawaii, V and Jungkook were sitting beside each other when they ate their meal at a restaurant. Suddenly, V accidentally spilled juice all over JK.
Despite this mistake, V looked relax and was still bopping his head as he grabbed a tissue to wipe the spilled juice off. And instead of apologizing, V told Jungkook that this is a life lesson that he should learn. “Jungkook, there are many instances like this in life. This is what life is about. That’s just the way it is,” he said.
